Grew up in India riding my Vespa (LML Vespa). A 150cc scooter. It was very old technology I guess but I never had problems with it. The new Vespa looks very cool and seems to have much better balance. It makes me very happy to see Vespa now on the roads at times where I live. I always think, someday I will buy one.

Many Tesla owners I know are 100% convinced Assited Driving is 100% safe and reliable and can not go wrong.

I love the idea .. how you changed an important issue into a game and probably that would bring awareness. I am not an expert but such decisions probably affect a lot of people and no one spend time and learn about it. This is a fun way to learn. Thank you !!

At this point, money and rationality does not make sense to me, rather beyond my ability to understand. But I feel it is all about accounting and writing off eventually and a few profiting from it, not the retail investors for sure. Again I am just saying what I think and there could be no rational to my thought process.

> headlines screaming apocalypse. Same bat country, same fear cycle

From the article "deaths reported at 177, and around 1,400 contacts now being traced". People are dying on the planet we all belong to.

Whoever is in charge of these decisions, is absolutely disconnected with the reality. First they sent a message saying the Ultra plan is ending, with no other option for a Workspace use to buy an equivalent plan. It was suppose to be active tilll June or July 7 , that's all. So the users are not suppose to know how they will need to plan or budget and just guess. I read once that after a certain level , the managers need to make their own decisions. Seems like someone just came in and decided that all the Gemini CLI and Antigravity needs to be one , because some other manager thought Antigravity was a better name than Gemini or whatever and started this mess in the first place. I am loosing my faith in these managers and Google.

Does anyone with a better understanding about LIDAR vs camera approach to autonomous drivng explain how would Tesla handle such situation ?

It did not take them too long to figure out this simple hack :) I know a few companies that work on age verification for online stores etc. But they ask for age proof via id etc. This seem to be via image and a bad idea. Unless there is a better idea , privacy focused age verification system, they should stop doing it .

As much I apprecite the sentiment, I think it is too early to declare that the well guareded monopoly is over. Yes, these models have answers, but don't expect all the large enterprises to switch to these models. The other aspect is scaling to serve these models will need a lot of time even if Huawei succeeds. Not all the Governments trust China and there will be a lot of resistance to work with these models eventually, even if cheaper.

I was reading news this morning about Lebanese journalist killed in airstrike. I was thinking very likely she was tracked wherever she was taking shelter. These kind of surveillance probably helps track such people on large scale and we most of the time meh at such reports and think what have I to loose. But it is affecting everyone now, not some ambigious high profile targets, they are the people amongst us.

InfoWars was about the niche audience buying the narrative that was pushed to them and it took the previous owner probably time to realize that lies can be sold as truth.

What would the new Infowars be ? It should never stop telling on the front page what it was and what it is going to be now.

Whatever it will be I am hoping they have thought well about it since they have been thinking long and also want to bring a positive message.

Good luck

I do not understand the problem solution, but if anything with git, I would want Codeberg style. I moved to gitlab and they were soldout and I am back on github slowly transitioning out. Common sentiment I believe is we want git, but on our own terms, not another VC funded project to move in.

brilliant suggestions !! To care for what you have is the best approach in my opinion.
