You're saying that investing in Real Estate is a bad idea for companies? Do you have a source here? McDonalds does well in the real estate game, and hotels, etc.

To me this sounds like a crazy ex-lover. "You didn't respond to my texts so I came to your house." No, Comcast, don't do that. They ignore your emails because you're trying to sell them something they don't want.

This is a great question. The acceleration of technology has made it important for entrepenuers to look further ahead than ever when deciding where they want to make their impact in the world. Tomorrow's successful leaders in business will be the ones that peered into the most obscure places of the future to find it's problems and it's solutions.
