i for one can't wait for React to die. I've never liked it and have felt other frameworks far exceeded it, but fell into the same camp as others when determining what framework to start the website with.
Let's call this what it is. Any system that short circuits the basic human need for hard work and reward compensation will never be a success. You can sugar coat it and re brand it any way you want to. Humans need that feedback loop of blood, sweat and tears before they receive a 'reward'.
I love programming. The first ten years of my career I was doing hardware and networking, nothing programming related as I had yet to learn it.
This has been the best career change that I could have ever had.
I've also worked construction for five years. I don't think I'll ever want another job. Probably because I've already been on the other side and I know what life is like there.
Wow, I learned nothing from reading this letter. Note to CEO, if you want people to read your letters, actually have some content, not just your feelings on something vague.
