With high level of hallucination, cops need to tranquilizers more. If the student had reached for his bag just before the cops arrived, BLM 2.0 would have started.

None of my friends stick with Telegram for long simply because of andorid's battery saver apps. Notifications simply wont show unless they open the telegram app.

You're right.

One question though. Would a politically correct, by-the-book US president have had the balls to sanction China? Considering such sanctions could affect the US economy.

>Amazon’s security team conducted its own investigation into AWS’s Beijing facilities and found altered motherboards there as well, including more sophisticated designs than they’d previously encountered.

>...the malicious chips were thin enough that they’d been embedded between the layers of fiberglass onto which the other components were attached

>...that generation of chips was smaller than a sharpened pencil tip, the person says.

I hope this corrects the mistaken believe that China can't home grow sophisticated tech.

The margin in the telecom business is crazy high. As far as I know, no network in West Africa provides unlimited phone calls. - mostly prepaid and per second billing.

In other words, input (diesel in this case) is directly related to output (profit.)

>Uninterrupted power is a major challenge here on the continent.

Power is no biggie - network providers have learned to live on power generators.

The main issue is that Cable, Fiber penetration is very low.
