This medium is exactly how you get people in fields/industries with slow tech adoption to use AI. Most jobs in legacy businesses live on email -- these people aren't going to want to learn a sleek/new AI chat tool. They're going to stay on their email client.

Has anyone else had issues with Linode before? While this specific situation sucks, I feel like I’ve seen much more headache with AWS/GCP/Azure regarding people getting completely locked out of stuff.
How has your experience been with Prefect? I've been looking at it for a few of my own projects, but haven't fully committed to using it yet (Prefect has a lot of features and my projects only require a fraction of them, so I'm opting to use "lighter weight" solutions instead).
Are there similar services to your company's (https://www.ditto.live/) out there already? I haven't had the need for this yet, but I can see your product being pretty damn useful
