It's not that I'm too lazy to google. It's that, since this is a politics issue, people feel almost religious about it, so if 20 minutes have passed and I haven't seen 2835723 links proving that panels are clean in this sense, I have to assume they are not.
This would be completely mitigated by rolling out CG-NAT for all customers. Orange Espana has been working on this for their fibre customers (I think almost all of them are behind CG-NAT already), but ADSL customers are still waiting for it.
