Poorer societies can hate themselves for being corrupt. I don't think this is a rich game.

I guess it's harder to understand the reasons for rich societies.

Interesting how a choke point is that Sweden doesn't use cash anymore: https://old.reddit.com/r/SexWorkers/comments/n11oqk/the_ongo...

Why is a gap between different socio-economic strata amazing? Do people really assume parents have absolutely nothing to add to the table? Only government? Of course they do!

Which means, a gap must by definition exist. That gap is the reason people want to move up a class.

Any program that the state adopts as policy will have a weak implementation. As a family will surely see the stakes and counteract/use it.

Maybe something being a logistical nightmare is quite the point.

Haha, HN doesn't even allow you to delete comments, man. They own your comments in perpetuity in the name of whatever. What's permanent about an IRC channel? Its name?

The parent comment is actually quite insightful and your comment is quite dismissive without actually bringing anything new to the discussion.

I had a ligh bulb moment while reading the parent comment since it made perfect sense.

I felt enough rage about your comment to add my reply.
