Does Safari seriously not support webm? That's wild
The course linked from it has an amazing online textbook.
Great resource. Thanks for sharing.
To my non-English ears it sounds like he pronounces "GNU" in "GNU Radio" like "guinea". Is there a specific reason why it is pronounced differently than Stallman's GNU?
I believe "guinea" is pronounced "gin-ee" (with a hard g) and GNU is pronounced "guh-noo" (again, hard g).
I think he's pronouncing it right in the video, but he's not enunciating super well, so it gets a bit muddy.
Edit: When you have a schwa, some people will use more of a "u" sound ("guhnoo") while others might use a different sound (this guy's closer to "gihnoo") - it really depends on accent/upbringing and how you speak I think. It actually took me a few listens before I could parse it out.

Do you have a particular timestamp where you're hearing that? To me it sounds like he's pronouncing it the same way that Stallman does.
