Why can’t I sit in my car and ask about things I’m interested in and have Wikipedia articles read to me?

Does this exist?

Alexa has this functionality. You can ask it to define something, it'll read the intro to a Wikipedia article, you can then ask for more.

I assume Siri / Bixby / Cortana all have similar things.
