70% of French power is nuclear, and as far as I'm aware the EU hasn't mentioned nuclear.
Imagine the US doing this one day, after the rest of the world has made the tech and manufacturing. Sucks we can’t agree in politics this is a win.
The EU should have done carbon border tariffs 20, 30 years ago. But better late than never.
I highly doubt this could ever be implemented without the use of nuclear power.
Also EU: Phase out nuclear for... reasons?
