The Dawn Ptoject (https://dawnproject.com/) had a commercial during the Super Bowl criticizing Tesla's full self driving. Reading their about page they claim that the methods used in defense contracting software can be used to make civilian mission critical software secure and bug free. Is this legit ? Would be interested in comments from those who have experience in mission critical systems and methods promoted by the Dawn Project.

I hate how I can't react to the YouTube video because I'd love to ask them which version of the self driving BETA they used to test this.

Most of the clips in the ad appear to be clips from videos done using 10.69.2.2.
