2nm and 1.4nm / 14A for GAA. We are looking at 1nm or 10A for CFET if we are optimistic. Considering TSMC's traditional conservative approach it is more likely we will see CFET at 0.8nm / 8A.

This means we will have at least another 2-3 generation of CFET. So 10A to 3A, or roughly progress to ~2035.
