Anyone who is surprised hasn't been paying attention.
To me it was an indicator when they announced "full self-driving" by using the word "full."
That qualifier sort of suggested a band-aid in terms of branding. They already marketed autopilot and they needed to clarify that the feature was not actual self-driving. Sketchy.
