Anchovies. There are many pizza joints who only have anchovies as an optional extra, with not a single one of their 'standard' pizzas having them.

That's straight out sacrilege.

Next thing you know, those Indian restaurants will be serving curries that don't contain any curry.

Then they would also need to add ham. Ham and Pineapple is what Canadians call Hawaiian Pizza. Not sure why Hawaiian, but we like it up here.
