I built an iOS app that runs Qwen3-TTS-12Hz-0.6B locally on your phone. No server calls, no data leaves your phone.

You can record a voice, generate speech, export audio files, and share custom voices. The model is quantized to 8-bit to run on iPhone. One-time purchase for export/import features when it launches, but generation will remain unlimited when launched. No subscription.
