... saw a slop AI startup, hit the back button
Lol Execution Watchdog is my own startup - marketing is crap - but very far from slop AI- AI is not that heavily integrated yet, just improving a rules engine for ingested github events.
The marketing definitely AI slop!!! I'm getting therw

Take a look at the /new page vs the front page. The /new page is flooded with slop about AI and people are desperate to read about anything else.
If you want to stick out in 2026 try to hide any references to your product being about AI, even if it is!
But seriously with just one startup in there it doesn't look like very much of a map. You should have used an AI to load up at least 1000 of them and not told us you used AI!

That is true. I'll take that and rework my description.
I am purposefully trying to avoid filling with scraped startups. I want it to feel organic but I understand there isn't much awe in it being empty, thus my one self admission.

Pins are color-coded by industry, so you can visually see clusters forming (e.g. fintech in London, deeptech in Berlin, AI across Southeast Asia).
It’s intentionally map-first rather than search-first. The goal is to make the global startup ecosystem visible, not curated.
I’d especially appreciate feedback on:
Whether the submission flow feels frictionless
Whether the map becomes noisy or valuable as it scales
What would make you come back to explore it again
