Is the iMac gone? I'm able to add an iMac with an M4 chip to my cart and Apple says it'll deliver tomorrow.

The "i" naming always weirded me:
iPhone: Mobile
iPad: Mobile
iMac: Desktop
I always thought the MacBook should have been called the iMac and the iMac should have been called the Mac :) (like how it first was in 1984)

I think the iPhone and iPad names are just "relics" of the iPod name, and the iPod name had probably a lot to do with the iMac's popularity at the time.
I really love the All-In-One form factor. Especially when the displays are super thin, which Apple was at least starting towards with the iMac line.
