My ops team had a problem. They manage logistics deliveries in different countries with different carriers. We didnt want to do api integrations with carriers.

Team was spending time daily monitoring carrier such as DHL, FedEx, DPD links daily to inform customers about status changes.

I released https://meerkatagents.com/ opensource to solve this problem.

Are there any other use cases where this can be helpful?
