I'm not sure that "Do what I demand or I'll hurt US citizens even more" is quite the threat Trump thinks it is.

I'm not sure how he's going to get that done. SCOTUS stopped his tantrum tariffs. Admin has to do analysis and is capped at 10% or 15% (forget which). Probably just bluster at this point, other countries don't really take him all that seriously anymore.
