It is fast but, nowhere close to accurate or useful for this specific example. Could not find a way to force the plural form. Neither quotes nor plus worked.

There is an offline version: https://www.diagrams.net (they had to change their name from draw.io recently). There is a download button right on the main page.

MIT Scratch seems to work well: https://scratch.mit.edu Works well on an iPad, even better on the desktop

I would recommend using Apache Tika to extract the text from the PDFs and using Solr (or Elasticsearch) to index and search them.
