Interesting, I've thought of similar things a lot. My thing has been leveling up from asynch chat to asynch vid before real time meetings. I think this is smart. It's unusual for most, but a great way to get to know someone a bit before seeing if it's necessary to level up to real time. A lot less draining than having a meeting booked
I just wrote this and find the conclusion interesting: vibe coding won't mainly benefit the vibe coders. It will increase the speed of product trio craftspeople and activate dormant relentlessly resourceful people that work with other things so that they start to do product trio ish startups.
