1e1f·10 年前·議論I prefer 9 hrs if I can, scales down to 6 during stressful periods but if I do less than 6 for a while it becomes a real problem. Hours are all over the place, this summer I was sleeping midnight to 7:30, right now I'm 3a to 11/12
