"The Microsoft 365 Copilot app (formerly Office)" has got to be the worst rebrand ever. This is gonna be up there with Twitter's rebrand as a case study 20 years down the line.
Meanwhile (at least from what I've heard from friends), VS Code is pushing for users to use Copilot more and more. I'm glad I jumped to Zed a few months back.
Here in Canada, Interac has somewhat displaced that (even though most people still use Visa/Mastercard for transactions with businesses). That being said, it's especially useful for transfers between individuals as the transaction fees are relatively low, which makes services like PayPal or Cash App much less appealing domestically.
Said bypass would exist for maybe a day max before getting nuked from orbit by Google. If anything, there was a non-zero chance OP would've gotten paid and he took it. I don't blame him.
