Are you paid by the CCP? Honest question.

It cant be regulated to the same standard that's not possible by design.

You have abnb units in private residencies.

Airbnb should be simply banned. There's no way short term rental is any good for any city. That's what hotels with different price ranges are for.

You live here? So do I. Wait time is not propaganda. It's real. I can get any type of healthcare service in SK without even thinking about it.

>Private healthcare is simply immoral and barbaric, a constant, externally determined demand for something should not be exploited.

Except you are talking worst case scenario "The US".SK's healthcare is not completely private owned.Quite the opposite actually.

And yet...it's both cheaper and much more efficient than anything in Europe.

Densely populated areas are worth the shot even if you compete with 14 other providers.

That's such a ridiculous take on it.Have you actually used that "free healthcare in Europe"? It sucks ass.

I get better healthcare in South Korea that is both cheaper and more effective than in Germany or Austria.

Question: How do you pull all this info? Web scraping? Official APIs?

That's completely normal and does not only apply to India but all other offshore centers like Eastern Europe or the Philippines.

You guys are a cost centre.

Since carbon taxes primarily benefit local production...yes? Emerging nations are too far away from the US to care about it as much as you think.

>That doesn't mean the costs of a carbon tax don't outweigh the benefits of having economic ties with the countries that have that tax.

The only reason the world is not at war is globalization and even that is coming to an end.

If you have to preach something like a zealot it means it is not as good as you think it is.

Most people dont look up whether "something will work" on Windows or Mac.They just simply use the machines they buy.

And does your company employ hundreds of people or is it a small biz < 99 ppl?

Coming from a nation whose borders shifted all the time I definitely dont see it like that.

Believing that everything will shift to remote work and borders will disappear is in my opinion naive.

Even today carbon taxes are the stupidest idea people from rich nations thought about.

Around 5BN from the developing world will laugh at this proposal.

They will not be able to trade with you? Oh well they might trade among themselves and dont have to face competition from rich countries.

I call this win win.

That's absurd.

>I think we need a carbon tax, that is specifically a financial disincentive towards any means of energy production that directly pollutes the atmosphere.

Ok then lets end 2 biggest industries that pollute the planet the most. Construction and food production.

We can live in environmentally friendly uniform grey boxes and eat protein bars.

Singapore style development model is a nice theory but it does not work. It's exploitative in nature and gets its revenue by churning through thousands of immigrants that have no access to HDB.

I think you just don realize the scope of numbers you need to play with especially if you dont start with a reasonable amount in the first place.

Real estate is worse than crypto when it comes to speculation.I realized this myself when my property doubled in value in less than 2 years.

I have yet to find a tech company that is not about extracting as much wealth as it can by min/maxing on human suffering.
