Ask friends or strangers online to interview you and give feedback. I do this a lot with my team and do mock interviews. I want my team to promote and make more money.
Maybe you can ask your boss for a mock interview and show them a position you are interested in. Lot's of resources to leverage. Hell I bet a lot of people here would help you out.
My piece of advice is to remember your star format, and if you don't know exactly how to do something. Tell them, and then walk them through how you would do it based on what you know. tldr; throw a hashmap at it.
Find a new one. I was a FF/Paramedic for years. I was miserable after the initial awe wore off. Hurt my relationships and i was just a miserable person.
Find what males you happy, Don't just up and quit. Put your feelers out and see what you can find. Maybe schedule a 1on1 with you boss and express this (once you might have found a new position). Idk what your boss is like, but it doesn't hurt to be honest bro. Suffering through a job you hate is a torture unlike any. Best of luck man.
Could be a lot of things as the RC. Seems like there was a single point of failure with ATT. They also happen to own a lot of smaller carriers too. Things seem like they are slowly coming back online tho. All of my phones were dead this morning.
