I would argue that you could use a combination of local storage and global state in these web apps to approximate a file system already. Not to mention lazy loading and web workers to cache larger files needed to run a web app. As well as parrelism and currency already offered by web workers.

I keep getting ads for things I do not want to buy due to the average. For example a championship belt that recently has a tacked on women in my feed. By no means is that something that interests me but can understand the average may be tempted.

In regards to the younger generations I definitely understand the fear. But we get bored as a species, otherwise networks would never of gone down the outrage path of targeted ads had an absolute effect. And even then more and more people are setting aside their smart phones and jumping off of social media or just using it for the bare minimum.

Bad data is bad data. It's true it gets averaged out due to the masses. Still it does provide a somewhat accurate picture, but has a degree of error.

Best means I can argue this are colleagues in plant life and marine biology using the same tools are still attempting to get concrete predictive data for the environment. It's simply not there yet.

Depends on what you mean by won. Is your data used to make you a better consumer or prosumer?

Is data collected without your knowledge actually useful? Twitter data jumps to mind, a lot of junk.

There is no such thing as self help. It's what you do, outside information can only be a guide. And the only way to truly change is to put yourself in a new situation with responsibilities, and allowing yourself to fail till you get it right.

Also the only difference between an extrovert and introvert is when they empathize with themselves. And the problem with the "introverted approach," is you are thinking about who you think you are versus through the eyes of those around you. None of you will ever have all the infromation as to who you are. Instead shift your focus on how to help move the conversation between people subjects and shared experiences, instead of question response, etc... Hard to do that when your concerned about your internals mind, when that is only a vapid simulation of who you think you are.

So in effect these messages would only arrive 33% faster. Not to mention the cost of having to monitor traffic and the additional charge to do so on the consumer in comparison to the "anarchic" TCP model we have now.

The last time we bad this conversation when Verizon first sued for the rules to be dropped. Level 3 showed that the apparent need to create these fast lanes were due to an artificial bottleneck created by isps to throttle Netflix. When the new rules passed, the version that went in still allowed for these fast lanes to be created, but only through the supervision of the chairman. Whichb was a win for isms, despite the internet community cheering.

Also included I the original title 2 is that you would not have a data cap and yo u would be charged for the internet you use versus a bulk sum every month. Articles around this time showed that after subsidies and tax credits to build infrastructure. It took TWC only a $1.24 to supply a custoomer internet access in which they charged $49.99. This included all operating costs.

More study is always needed for any given substance that we introduce into the envorment/human body. But due to its federal classification it is very hard to do. The major drawback of marijuana ignoring the effect on the lungs is the hit to the reward center if the brain. But the same can be said about any shortcut to a reward. Especially when you consider the potency increase of marijuana since the 70s. The root problem here as with smoking is that humans are goal driven and if they cannot achieve and do, they will find a way to simulate that feeling.

Also the main medical use of marijuana is via CBD not THC which is the high you feel. For myself it relieves my hand tremors and reduces axiety with no high, which I take as a tincture droplet. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol

This reminds me back when I worked inside the vfx industry. There was always atleast one clique that criticized that others enjoyed film/video games despite us working on them. That it was somehow bad that we were passionate about our field of study and spent our time learning as much as possible. Hell sometimes we would play a game or watch a movie for inspiration god forbid.

I'm fresh in this industry and it amazes me to be seeing the same pattern repeat itself here.

It looks like the FDA is going.to regulate new tobacco products such as e cigarette's nicotine levels down to non addictive levels. While opening public dialogue as to whether the same should apply to cigarettes.

Think I found my opposite in you. Was curious about your posting history after reading yours on Assange. Have to be careful lately as it seems on all platfroms there is sponsored content of a narrative. Though I would say that isn't you in this case. However, the advocation for violent revolution when you don't see your leashes is disturbing. Which keys of the kingdom do you hold, in which would enable it to work?

What would you say if what we new as individualism today was actually just a consumer ideology? And that what is good is entirely subjective and yo save it is like stopping a fish from drowning?

Perhaps our problem is that history has repeated itself too man times. But a world that is not born in flame, but painted with the knowledge of it. Perhaps thats the day we finally get to see the otherside of what is possible for humanity. Can't it be a wonderful adventure?

I'm part of a large upcomming group on the net that has been pushed into a tiny corner that started with the original net neutrality. Many of these people supported trump, but now are joining in rallying against the FCC change.

This does not include that the new net neutrality we have now is not a true title 2. And has many loop holes inside of it. So what should be the conversation is getting a true title 2 on the books. Not a us versus them. As people I was talking about in the former do not hold the same beliefs of establishment Republicans
