Was it by any chance a redirect to 'validate.perfdrive' something or other that then just fails? Freaked me out as it reminded me of the behaviour of those weird search hijackers I haven't seen in a good while.
I really hope so. It's lost my history before but only for a minute or two and I always attributed it to my browser chugging with too many tabs open. At this point I'm just going to wait and see :/
Just automate the watching process too, and get ChatGPT to summarise the content. Even better if you can let it watch with you, give it feedback, and tune it over time so it can make a value call on shows and save you the effort - "yeah I watched that, so you don't have to, you'll hate it".
(/s, but I imagine it won't be in a year or two or with a skilled coder).
There must be more to it than that. I use PIA VPN on reddit all the time (for at least the last 5 years or so), from various european endpoints, and I'm still fine there. I'm not shadowbanned as people do reply to my comments. The account is a decade old though so I assume that they factor account age into it as well.
I've also resolutely ignored the email verification pop up for years so I'm kind of surprised I'm still on it.
I'm mostly a photographer (UK), looking to change my business model up when I move and incorporate more video work. I'm intrigued by the livestream production. Are there any resources you'd recommend for someone looking to get into this?
Although it is kind of fiddly and needs refreshing a few times.
