I also faced a similar situation a few days back. Not exactly the noise issue, but more of asking again and again to another person that can you please tell me again what you said so that I could take notes.
Actually, my client was speaking at a much higher speed than I could write the notes, unfortunately. Though I would definitely love to try out the tool.
