Hi HN,

I'm building https://rasderb.com, the first 100% Moroccan social network, and I'm looking for a cofounder to help build and grow the community. The product is nearly finished, but I need someone passionate about Moroccan culture to join me in this venture.

Background

Previously launched islamhub.me, a platform for discussing and translating fundamental Islamic texts without restrictions (Inspired by Martin Luther's reformation) The project gained significant traction but was eventually shut down due to various challenges Developed a generic codebase for quickly creating localized social networks Inspired by the need for countries and cultures to organize their data (knowledge*) in the AI age Aiming to create a platform that preserves and promotes Moroccan culture and discussions

Tech Stack

Backend: Linux, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Frontend: Vue 3, TailwindCSS

What I'm Looking For

A cofounder who is either Moroccan or deeply interested in Moroccan culture Someone to help with community building and growth strategies Technical skills are a plus but not required

Open-sourcing the project in the coming months Potential for collaboration on local social networks for other countries/cultures
