This is great article, how we re engineer the process in the prompt and support the re-engineering the process itself... I seen this too in Indonesia, but the case hasn't matured yet, and the BPR or BPM start with resistant to change..
Usually they only think of what competitor do, and what they can do better than the competitor or racing to the ground.. They want to hear only what they want to hear only. But well... some of the usecase seems working, and probably can be copied to Indonesia
