It is GCP and AWS at this point but could be extended.
I am not a fan of multi-cloud as a default despite it being a bit of a hype at the moment. That said, my specific requirements were to be globally present and independent from a single cloud for SLAs. Plus making my platform more portable was more beneficial to me than adopting a public cloud's specific features. Note, your milage may likely vary here.
