cema·5 年前·議論One of the business for interviewers our company has is to leave a good impression even on a weak candidate. This makes for an overall better experience and, should the candidate become a better fit in the future, we do not want to lose them.
cema·5 年前·議論Accepting feedback, but also providing feedback, also asking for it. So being able to initiate a conversation when needed is an important skill.
