I have to admit it comes across as deeply ironic to see a SWE complain of feeling 'violated' when they reach out expecting human help/interaction and are instead met with some thoughtless automation which actually wastes more of their time. The very abominations SWEs have helped inflict on customers everywhere for decades. Maybe things are just coming full circle ;)
