I have no productive words to share other than positive feelings and kind empathy to you @sberens. I've gone through this manufacturing route in China before about 10 years ago and...it has largely been the same. Even with near native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese did not spare me from this experience. Indeed it is. I too thought that perhaps it was a scam. But the call was followed up by an email from business.fb.com and per their Help Center, it is indeed from Meta
