Interesting responses!

I did consult a psychiatrist and was prescribed medication [SSRIs]. However, I had experienced some negative side effects due to the medication.

I'm off them for now but I am looking for alternative solutions.(Hence this post)

I appreciate any kind of advice and suggestions.

I have ADHD and have tried all kinds of medication. These posts make life harder for people with ADHD. I agree with pursuing alternative treatments before trying out stimulants.
