That is singel handedly the most retarted service I've ever seen. It's completely counterintuitive to the basic idea of the internet, where information is free. BAsically, your too lazy to make sure your site is complient, so you want to hide it instead. The actual compliance for a normal website is extremely simple. In most cases it's a matter of having a decent privacy page and if you have forms - A text indicating the consent you give by using the form. If you can't even manage to do that, then I'm not sure I would even trust you being able to handle a monthly payment in a safe manner.
