disappear.net uses mnemonics (bespoke or securely generated). No cli support yet, but I think I'll work on a cli client for it in the coming days. The nice thing about using mnemonics or passwords instead of deep links is that you never expose the url anywhere and it's easier to pass along the files or notes using non-digital channels.
