Actually Congress is the only group that can make laws. The Executive and Judicial branches are only supposed to enforce and judge constitutionality of said laws. Nothing those two branches do SHOULD be considered law. However, Congress has allowed the Executive branch to have wide latitude in determining rules (FAA, FCC, EPA, etc) that are, in effect, laws. And that is a problem.

Seriously, anything that allows a non-vetted group of opinionated people to vote is going to have flaws. just take a look at our last two presidential elections.

we know the climate goes through cycles, so either it was going to get warmer or colder. In this instance, they guessed right. However, their models don't seem to include the 'pause' seen in global warming over the past (what, 19 years?). Seeing that we had just finished a period of relative cooling (Maunder Minimum), I find little in their prediction that encourages me to believe their hypothesis.

And it is just a hypothesis.

Anyone still question what the social outcome of all this will be?: society will frown upon gun ownership, to the extent that people will be ostracized for exercising their second amendment rights. It doesn't matter if this is planned or not, it's the end result that matters.

Silly rabbit, there you go thinking again. Did I say they chose? No, I said social, meaning their homosexuality was caused by social pressures instead of biological imperatives. I am sure there are some that 'chose' to be that way, just the majority of them are that way because of imprinting or other social pressures.
