I think what's (only just) more embarrasing is the fact they didn't strip GPS metadata from uploaded photos, like everyone else has been doing for the past... fifteen or so years?
Well, don't ask me how I know this, but these things attach via a ring around your junk and stay on via the gap between the "tube" and "ring" being too small for your testes to squeeze through.
You /could/, obviously, just cut the damn thing off, but then you'd risk injuring yourself, and nobody wants to put a hacksaw near their dick.
