It is best to use for venting your unfiltered thoughts (as no one really has to see those :D) - it is not very powerful for productive use i think. But it can sometimes recommend breathing exercises which work surprisingly well!
I think out of convenience, as I'm used to developing apps. But lately I've been looking more and more at the web. Might do even a web version if I see people playing it.
