two) A lot of pornographic websites will advertise "young", "girls", "teen", and maybe even "kid" but all persons will be of legal age, some though do dress/look much younger.
A) Maybe the people doing the investigation can't tell / have poor judgement.
B) How would Microsoft Bing know whether the young "stars" look young, or are actually young?
My vote would be to ban the whole damn search keywords altogether. Let investigator find and prosecute those in the darker corners of the web but just ban searches for keywords like those in the article.
