The important point is what a deserter would use as logic when asked "What if everyone gave up and only responded to selfish fear?"Then, sir, it would be foolhardy to contribute any part to that service because soon it will all collapse. That's, in a historically commonplace fashioned see today, is what the top 10% are doing when seeing the top 1% abdicate all responsibility.Low or no taxes? Sounds good ... but it's going to burn down soon.
That seems utterly disingenuous as nearly every single other advanced economy IN THE WORLD has near free health care.
This is silly.Inhabited areas everywhere and non-inhabited areas everywhere have had an extreme growth in wildfire. The gains stay the same be cause they were examples to other human-apes with other invisiible-line kingdoms.Sum totals for the coal spewing nations and states among us are far worse.
Current AI degrades totally unlike human experts. It also, by design, must lag its data input.Anything innovated must come from outside or have a very close permutation to be found.Generative AI isn't scary at all now. It is merely rolling dice on a mix of other tech and rumors from the internet. The data can be wrong or old...and people keep important secrets.
Nihilism solves so much nothing.A million more layers of "freeing" yourself and you are back to where you started every time.An ape granting all impulsive choices the ability to undo anything long-term at all.Futility is a real thing for some dreamers to accept... but plan-less-ness is not freedom. It is bondage to short-sighted repeated failure.
It would be quite useful to protect other code from that.It could easily be a compiler-based protection: any opcode that can generate it from two/one normal input must be checked for normal results. This is similar to how C++ gives few guarantees but "new" and "this" never give null or unallocated values.
The bets on moneybags-centric ML spending has many dead ends.Draining capital into the wrong ones will be common and easy. Then the bubbles will burst and we will see how much raw capital and debt actually pay out.
jeezfrk·2 年前·議論what about all those that turned out to be deranged imagination / fascism / communism / racism / cultic or just plain moneymaking FUD?You remember all those? Strange. Thst seems to be blocked from you reading it.
