First thing I noticed and hated: The logo is squashed, the looking glass circle is not round

Very cool! It would be nice to have a bit more information in the readme about the project structure and e.g. how to adapt it for other cities :)

Maybe I'm not the target group if I don't know it, but the page not once explains what FIRE means/abbreviates.
