Where do you read that people management is meaningless? I only read that people management alone isn't the most productive way for anyone to operate

Here I am the one to bring up AI, ugh. I get a sense that, of all things, LLM's actually encroach on legal professions the most (aside from copywriters). But this is from an outside perspective. Any insights?

I'm assuming we spend more time figuring out the right way of using a framework these days over writing hundreds of thousands of lines of code in a lower level language.
