this is pretty cool.
When i look for books, I rely a lot on what other people say about the book as well if I'm trying to learn something. Might be useful to have some reviews of the books too.
Possibly not for Dutch tax administration but this concept has been done in many other countries. It's a great idea though especially if your market hasn't been tapped yet.
