I fixed those two by adding the missing releases to the database beets uses as its data source (musicbrainz.org), and importing the album in Beets afterwards. I still get notifications for edits to entries I contributed over a decade ago!
A 15–20% fee would be much fairer in my opinion. They’d still be making plenty of money while letting developers keep more of what they earn through their hard work. At the very least, they should differentiate between big players and smaller indie developers.
Anything with the word “vibe” in it sounds silly and unserious imho. What’s wrong with something neutral and descriptive like “LLM-assisted programming”? Not catchy enough?
