Hetzner is awesome, but keep in mind, that it has a very limited set of cloud services and lacking many things like managed Kubernetes, advanced networking, certificates and secrets management etc, you will need to build this by yourself.
You can build your own K8s cluster and deploy some containerised services, it would be a great exercise.
