I'm sorry but if you clicked the 3rd link, then you could see many examples of income based solutions working to alleviate food insecurity. Some of these policies are very well known: Canada's public pension, Canada Child Benefit, etc.

It's like you have thousands of thirsty starfish and instead of figuring out ways to put them back in the sea, we're focusing our efforts on Looney-tunes like water dropper contraptions for each individual starfish.
