We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Security Engineer to join our team.
Align with our sales team and consult with clients to confirm and map business goals; create the integration strategy for product deployment
Conduct Proof of Concept engagements where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements
Lead implementation of new contracts
Develop best practices and optimal use of the platform to accomplish customer goals
After implementation, help clients understand security issues identified by the product, what they mean, why they matter, and what they can do about them
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop documentation to increase customers’ ease of use
Act as a liaison between product and sales, sharing customer feedback to help define the product roadmap
