Sleep (quantity, quality), work on sth you like, work out, eat good food, and sharing and receiving love. It is not only about sleep but sleep indeed is fundamental.
If you took care the dishes she would find sth else to complain about. It is usually a deeper issue that is expressed in whatever minor plausible thing it finds around. You don't need clean dishes to expresses your love in a relationship that is built on mutual undertanding, respect and eventually love.
I'd focus mostly on enriching the documentation and slow down on work towards other projects. Having though a document first approach for everything that touches production should leave one with very few work to do during notice period and would mostly mean clarifying to the others what is already documented.
